Invested in Sprint stocks

Does anyone else find it interesting that during negotiations to merge with Nextel, and right after, top executives of Sprint, CEO included; have been dumping their stocks, preparing to walk out with millions I would imagine. Makes one wonder what really is going on. Obviously, they know something we all should know. If you have Sprint stocks, now may be a good time to dump them, in case they get moved to Junk status. How are we to know why all the top notch execs are dumping theirs? We can only assume the worst...
